Another great product ruined by poor shipping.

I have purchased products from State Bicycle for some time. I am always happy with my purchases and have never been disappointed with the quality and performance they provide. These riser grips are no exception. They work well, are easy to install, and are comfortable. This is the first time I have given a product less than five stars, and it's not because I'm dissatisfied. My complaint is with the "slow boat to China" shipping method State Bicycle uses to ship their orders. After I place an order, it takes a day, maybe a day and a half, before it ships out. USPS is the only shipping available, and it takes FOREVER to receive your order. It is disappointing to be excited about a new purchase, only to watch it slowly track its way to you. I am presently waiting on an order that will take 5 days to arrive. Also, USPS can be sketchy at times. It's not the most reliable shipping method available. This is not a deal breaker; I love State and their products. I wish other shipping options were available other than USPS. I'd be willing to spend the extra to get my orders sooner.

Great, affordable grips

I wanted to replace my old, beaten up grips on my old bike so I bought the Silicon "Foam" Riser Grips since it was inexpensive. So far, they're great for my rides. It provides enough cushion so my hands/wrists doesn't get too tired from any bumps during the ride. Living in DC there are always uneven road surfaces. So overall, I received what I expected and hope they last a long time.
