General Shipping Policy
At State Bicycle Co., we strive to get your order to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. Most in-stock items ship within 1 business day, and tracking information is provided once your order has been fulfilled.
We take pride in ensuring that each and every order is handled with care and shipped from our warehouse with reliable carriers to ensure a smooth delivery experience.
U.S. Orders
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size/weight of your order. We primarily ship via UPS Ground or FedEx Ground for larger packages, including bicycles, wheelsets, and framesets. Smaller packages are typically fulfilled by USPS.
At checkout, you will enter your shipping address, and the system will automatically calculate the shipping cost. Once your order is processed and shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking information.
- UPS & FedEx Residential Deliveries: Monday - Saturday
- UPS & FedEx Business Deliveries: Monday - Friday
- USPS Deliveries: Monday - Saturday
- Exceptions: Holidays and any weekend business closures may affect delivery times.
Orders are shipped in the order they are received. While most orders ship within 24 hours of fulfillment, additional processing time may be required for:
- Back-orders
- Custom or special orders
- Out-of-stock products
- International orders (which typically dispatch on a preset day per week)
Canada & International Orders
We ship worldwide! Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the destination country. The buyer is responsible for any import taxes, duties, and other fees, which will also be calculated and paid at checkout. State Bicycle Co. will clear customs and submit these fees on the customer’s behalf, meaning there are no additional charges upon delivery.
