What is the Tariff Recovery Fee?
The Tariff Recovery Fee is an 8% charge added to your order to help offset increased import tariffs on bicycle components and accessories. This fee helps us maintain the quality, performance, and value you expect—without raising prices across the board.

Why am I being charged this fee?
Due to recent increases in import tariffs, the cost of bringing in certain components has gone up significantly. Instead of raising prices on every product, we’ve chosen to transparently pass along just the portion related to these specific costs.

Is the Tariff Recovery Fee refundable?
Yes! If your order qualifies for a return or exchange under our standard return policy, the Tariff Recovery Fee will also be refunded accordingly. No surprises, no gotchas.

Why not just increase product prices instead?
Great question. We prefer transparency. By itemizing the fee, we show exactly how trade policies are affecting costs—rather than quietly building it into product pricing across the board.

Does every order include this fee?
Only orders that include items affected by increased import tariffs will have the 8% fee applied. If you see it in your cart, it means at least one item qualifies.

Is this common?
Yep. Many brands and retailers are taking similar steps due to the same global conditions. Our goal is to handle it openly and fairly.

What happens if tariffs go back down?
We’ll celebrate—and we’ll reevaluate this fee. We’ll always keep our pricing as honest and competitive as possible.
