Build Notes - Not ridden yet

These notes are for the build-from-the-box. The world's most adorable granddaughter has not ridden it yet. General advice - Even though this is a mechanically simple bike, the assembly should still be given the care you'd give any other build. Use cone wrenches to adjust both wheels. Mine were overtightened from the factory, not a complaint, that how things go. Use headset tools (large adjustable wrench and Channellocks if that's what you have) and adjust the headset. Grease handlebar stem and seatpost. Tighten and double check all work. If you're not familiar with cone and cup bearings or quill style handlebar stems, check out any youtube videos. This bike is well built and a twenty minute assembly AND is too cute for words. Can't wait to get the munchkin on it. Thanks State Bicycle Co.
